Cruyff Education is the educational branch of “The World of Johan Cruyff,” Johan’s academic legacy. It encompasses Johan Cruyff College and Johan Cruyff Academy in the Netherlands, which provide vocational and undergraduate education respectively to Dutch elite athletes. It also includes the Johan Cruyff Institute at the international level, offering postgraduate and executive education.

Johan Cruyff Institute is a global business school inspired by Johan Cruyff’s leadership style and strategic vision. His experience as a professional footballer, coach and consultant led him to conceive a purpose: to help athletes integrate into the world of work at the end of their sport career and to foster the professionalization of management in sport. Johan Cruyff Institute is the academic legacy of Johan Cruyff.

Since it was founded in 1999, Johan Cruyff Institute has trained athletes, graduates, sport managers and other professionals in areas such as sport management, sport marketing, sponsorship, football business and coaching. Its growth has been unstoppable, and it currently offers more than 90 study programs, with campuses in Spain, the Netherlands, Peru and Mexico, 11 international offices, and numerous ambassadors and representatives around the world.

More than 10,000 students have passed through its classrooms, participating in on campus and online programs. More and more companies and sports entities collaborate with Johan Cruyff Institute to design, develop and deliver tailor-made training solutions for their employees, members and partners.
